SERVICES

PHYSIOTHERAPY
Your physiotherapist will assess and examine your injury to establish a treatment plan that is most appropriate for you. This may involve a combination of manual therapy, dry needling and other modalities to facilitate tissue healing. To complete your physio session, you will perform your prescribed exercises which will be sent to you for you to continue at home.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Your trainer will conduct a baseline physical assessment during your first consultation. You will then commence an 8 week program entailing mobility movements to improve joint flexibility, resistance exercises to develop muscular strength, and circuit training to promote cardiovascular fitness. Your trainer will teach you how to perform these exercises correctly to maximise benefits and minimise risk of injuries. This program aims to keep you strong, mobile and fit for everyday life.

PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Your performance coach will conduct a baseline athletic assessment at your first session. You will then commence a custom 12 week program entailing movement drills, strength based exercises and energy system development specific to your sport. This program aims to reduce risk of injuries and improve competitiveness through enhancing your physical test scores, athleticism and sporting performance.
